OUR PURPOSE

We are a "100% volunteer supported" non-profit organization of churches founded in November 1992 to assist, enhance and coordinate the efforts of faith-based congregations and other interested groups in their outreach to the community in Contra Costa County.

Contra Costa Interfaith Coalition acts as a  communications link between churches that have volunteers and other resources, and the agencies which provide social services in the county.

​CCIC organizes faith based communities in Contra Costa County into a human service network. We work closely with social services in the county who provide food, shelter and clothing to the needy.
